The biggest stars in pop music have some of the purest friendships we’ve ever seen. With their strong selfie game, supporting each other through tough times, blessing us with collabs, or for simply being pap’d grabbing a Starbucks, these besties are the ones that constantly give us major fomo.

Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez

Taylena is the poster child forever friendship that everybody wishes they had. Just type “celeb best friends” into Google and they are at the top of every list. 👭 They’ve been besties for over a decade now and prove that you can still make time to support your BFF through it all despite your super busy schedules. Going as far as to say they are “sisters” we can only imagine the cute af photos on their camera rolls that we haven’t yet seen.

Niall Horan and Shawn Mendes

The bromance of our dreams is actually a reality 😭 every day we are grateful that these two slid into each others DMs. When they’re not watching movies, playing golf, or at the footy together it’s because they’re supporting each other at their own shows. Fingers crossed that the next time they hang out that they finally put pen to paper and release that collab everybody keeps asking for…

Billie Eilish and Jessie Reyez

PROTECT THEM AT ALL COSTS‼️‼️‼️ Billie had the exact same reaction to discovering Jessie’s ‘Gatekeeper’ for the first time as all of us – I must let everybody know how incredible this is ASAP! Fast forward a couple of years and they’ve been inseparable ever since. The duo has even teased that they’ve written a couple of songs together and Billie called up Jessie for the opening slot of the latest leg of her When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? World Tour.

Halsey and 5SOS

The friendship between Halsey and 5SOS (particularly Ashton) is everything we didn’t know we needed. 🙌 Blossoming at the beginning of both of their careers, there is no doubt that Halsey and the boys will continue to deliver content that could be hung up in The Louvre (yes we’re talking about you, group shot from Taylor Swift’s 30th birthday party).

Elton John and Lady Gaga

It’s been over a decade since the pair performed together live for the very first time at the Grammys, and their chemistry was undeniable. In fact, Sir Elton is so close to Gaga that he named her the godmother of his sons Elijah and Zachary. 🚨 In a pop emergency, Gaga just announced the tracklist for her upcoming album Chromatica and there is a track with none other than Sir Elton himself called ‘Sine For You’ – we are already crying.

Post Malone and Justin Bieber

Posty and the Biebz have a friendship like no other. Randomly calling each other during interviews, fighting with giant utensils, or hanging out with each other’s families – it’s become an OBSESSION. Justin even inspired Post to get his very first tattoo! When they’re not performing together at each other’s shows, or dueting on their own song ‘Déjà Vu,’ you’ll find them popping up on each other’s Insta feeds every other week and we are here for it. 💞

Ariana Grande and Troye Sivan

These two troll each other so much online that people who didn’t know they were just joking around would think they were in a “feud” 😂 One time, Ariana even bullied Troye in the hallway of her ‘Thank U, Next’ video. Both fans of each other as much as they are friends, Troye and Ari are true BFF goals. P.S. we are still waiting for the first live performance together of ‘Dance To This’ plz and thnx.

Demi Lovato and Sam Smith

These two cuties met back in 2014 and in 2020 they have teamed up for the new banger “I’m Ready” off Sam’s forthcoming album set for release later this year. Stanning each other’s powerhouse vocals from afar, it was only a matter of time until they formed an unbreakable bond. This friendship truly makes the world a better place. 🥰

The Weeknd and Lana Del Rey

The pair have made it super hard to stalk their underrated friendship online as they both have deleted their Insta feeds at different times, but their love for one another is evident in their various collabs. Teaming up on flawless projects from The Weeknd’s ‘Prisoner,’ ‘Stargirl Interlude,’ and ‘Party Monster’ to Lana’s ‘Lust For Life,’ their day one friendship is iconic both on the charts and in our hearts. The Weeknd was once quoted saying, “she’s probably one of my closest friends in the industry” and that’s all we need to know. 🥺👑
