It’s no secret that Taylor Swift is a certified crazy cat lady, in fact, she totally owns it. When she’s not she’s being a cat herself in a feature-length film or wearing cat-shaped accessories, she’s posting photos of her beloved children Meredith Grey, Olivia Benson, and Benjamin Button all over social media. And we wouldn’t have it any other way.

It only feels right to kick it off with the day one OG, Meredith Grey. Named after Ellen Pompeo’s character on Grey’s Anatomy, life has never been the same for Taylor since she got her almost a decade ago. Although they have their ups and downs, Meredith will always be the Pikachu to Taylor’s Ash Ketchum.

Olivia Benson
Middle child syndrome has never quite affected Princess of Meowtown Olivia Benson. Named after Mariska Hargitay’s Law & Order SVU character she is always by Taylor’s side, whether that’s hitting up the streets of NYC, appearing in her ‘Blank Space’ video or sitting like a meerkat every opportunity she gets.
Like Meredith, she also sits like a human.

She hangs out with A-Listers such as Paula Abdul like it’s nbd.

Benjamin Button
The best Easter egg of all! Taylor cheekily announced that she had adopted a third cat in the most extra way possible… by meeting him for the first time in her music video for ‘ME!’. It was love at first sight, and the rest is pretty much history. Although there was initial tension with both Meredith and Olivia, the three of them are now one happy lil family.
This announcement almost broke the internet.
