From isolation, the 5SOS boys performed an impressive rendition of their latest single ‘Wildflower’ from their new album Calm on The Late Late Show With James Corden. This colourful performance follows the release of the ingenious official music video shot last month entirely on green screens individually in their homes during quarantine. Thanks to a bit of cinematic magic and ingenuity, both the vid and live performance will brighten anyone’s day 🌼🧡✨

IT’S ALMOST HERE! Katy Perry has announced that the first single 🌼 ‘DAISIES’ 🌼 from her highly anticipated (and yet to be named) fifth studio album will be dropping on 15 May. After blessing us with One of the Boys, Teenage Dream, Prism and Witness over the years, we’re just as excited for #KP5 as we are for her gorgeous baby girl to arrive.

The charity collab between two of the biggest pop stars on the planet benefitting frontline workers arrived on Friday accompanied by a wholesome AF music video. The star-studded vid features the likes of Demi Lovato (and her BF OMG), Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Chance The Rapper, and fans all dancing together in their respective bubbles alongside Ari and Justin. It has the new Facebook ‘care’ reaction written all over it.

To celebrate NZ Music Month and help raise money for MusicHelpsLive, ZM hosted their annual Float festival (but this time at home) with an impeccable lineup of Kiwi artists from Drax Project to Sachi as well as the SIX60 lads performing altogether for the very first time since lockdown. Swifties rejoice! A Taylor Swift concert experience will happen after all. After having to cancel her LoverFest dates scheduled for this year, she’s found another way to tide us over. The Taylor Swift City of Lover Concert special will air on 17 May on ABC and the next day on Disney+.
Filmed in September 2019 in Paris, Taylor will perform songs from her Lover album in front of an intimate crowd of fans from 37 countries around the world – including our two lucky winners that we sent over from here in NZ! Can’t wait to cry to ‘Cornelia Street’ live tbh 🥺

The rumours were true! 🤩 The Weeknd debuted brand new tongue-in-cheek track ‘I’m A Virgin’ during his special guest appearance on American Dad! During the episode ‘A Starboy Is Born’ (which he co-wrote), The Weeknd reveals that despite a majority of his music based around sex and drugs, he is in fact a virgin.
Billie Eilish Announced a radio show with her Dad
Billie Eilish has announced a new radio show on Apple Music’s Beats 1 with her father Patrick O’Connell. The six-episode show adorably called me & dad radio will feature cute chats between the two as they handpick music together that they both love. 🥰 The first ep is out now!
In a statement, Billie said, “My dad and I… have had this relationship over the years of music-sharing with each other. It’s kind of like a thing everybody knows. My dad has shown me some of my favourite songs in the world, and I’ve shown him songs that he loves and adores.”

Fresh from his ‘Seasons’ docu-series Justin Bieber has announced a new reality show, ‘The Biebers On Watch’, offering an intimate look into his life with wife Hailey Bieber. The 12-episode series shot entirely via Go-Pro by the newlyweds in quarantine will be available exclusively on Justin’s Facebook page, with new instalments out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the next three weeks.
